I am currently using nokia C6-01. Recently, it was working fine but since I deleted some of the files which I didn't find useful with NetQin2 antivirus, I am not able to access nokia ovi store through my mobile phone. Besides, everything works fine. I tried updating my mobile using nokia suite v.3 but still the problem persists. I am not sure what's actually causing the problem. When I try to open it, I only see a white screen and a loading icon and that's all, nothing seems to be responding and finally to exit I have to use that call end red button. What should I do?
