i am planning to overclock my cpu.my choices r
1)coolermaster v6gt(looks cool + fan holder is plastic so no chance of accidents)
2)noctua nh-u12p (very good cpu cooler)
will the v6 gt fit with my dominator rams?(using 2,4,6 slots)

No, generally it won't, but it would depend on the design of the motherboard. Model no?

Opt for nh-u12p, good vfm cooler & you can overclock upto 4.2-4.5GHz.

Overclocking depends on motherboard but while oc'ing your processor, you need to maintain normal temperature there. So, you need good cooler, otherwise processor might be damaged.

D-14 will easily fit into acts 840. :)
