NOkia n72 not detected,help!!

Hi,
My friend bought a nokia n72 in january . He has installed the bundled pc suite on his computer(p4 , 256 mb ram , windows xp home edition sp2).The problem is that the pc suite does not detect the phone. please help me solve my freind's problem.

Uninstall d PC Suite n restart ur PC
Again install PC Suite n connect d data cable only whn it says to do so...
After that connect it with ur phone...It will definately works
Perhaps it works 4 me...So may b it helps u too

Check under device Manager if all the drivers for the phone have been picked up correctly.While connecting the phone make sure you select it in PC Suite mode instead of data transfer.To verify correctly if it's been detected or not check under Nokia Phone Browser folder(in My Computer) & see if the model is listed.
