Nokia Lumia Icon India release, when?

May I know when the above mentioned device will release in India? It's been out abroad for more than two weeks now, yet there's no news about it's release here. Anyone knows the same?

It wont release in India. Its Verizon exclusive.

Are you sure? The Verizon version is called Lumia 929 as far as I know, so I think Lumia Icon is the worldwide name?

they will launch it but the version that will be launched here ( at and t as well) will be some other one but will have same specs as lumia icon

it probably will be launched in around April at the unveiling of Windows Phone 8.1

Oh okay, as long as they keep OLED display, and res and the size I am game. Lets wait till April then.
