Nokia E63 not installing any application

Hey guys, i have a very old Nokia E63 cell phone maybe around 3 1/2 year old, i did many installation even tried the hellox2 on it, i have recently encountered a problem, its not installing any application, i tried to uninstall other application but i get error, what i should do? I'm afraid of Hard reset option coz i did it few times before this problem occured, it would delete most of my contacts and many pics and useful apps on it, i need your advice how to tackle this problem,

hellox2 did it. u must have installed wrong version. same thing hpnd on my n73. Only way is hard reset. For backup use nokia pc or ovi suite. As for apps. Just backup the .sisx s somewhere. nthng else can b done
