New Rig Clarification...@Budget of 20K

Well I was looking for a new rig within 20K with a new monitor. I wanted to go for x4 635 and Gigabyte GA 880GM UD2H, with a Cooler Master Cabinet and FSP PSU and wanted to postpone buying of the GFX.
But my local vendor suggested me the following config, as I mentioned to him that my primary concern is not Gaming and HighEnd Work, but basically Internet Surfing, Some light games and Programming. With the following config, I seem to get a 18.5" Monitor and a GFX too within my budget.

P.S. These are prices from Kolkata.

**But is this Iball Cabinet long lasting and will it be good to go for the choice of GPU?
What range of games above config can handle?

=> I am not even sure if this can hold DDR3 dimm, so neglecting the fact that ASUS sucks, this is a good mobo for hanging on wall.

=> This, as far as i know, is a gaming black edition cpu, capable of unlocking cores on mid-high range mobos, having nice overclocking potential.
Completely Useless for non gaming work as 635 will suffic. Hell, you can even go with AMD X3 if internet browsing is all you want to do.

=> Make sure you dont get your self a trancend.

I'l save the curses and advice you to save money & go for amd 5670HD if gcard is so important or else the integrated graphics will suffice.

I'd like to add a fact that I ran P955be +Asus 785dt-v + nvidia 8400 on a local 400 watt cpu for a month and
Intel celeron D + some crappy mobo + nvidia 8400 for 4 years on that very same psu.
.
Also, at the place where i live, we do not have voltage fluctution/ power loss.

yup for normal usage iball /zebronics can be considered. op is not left with any budget for a good cabinet. already exceeded by 2k

my friend using it to run a E8400 + G45 + 9600GT 512Mb. but theres a problem. his electricity bill is dangerously high. reason is that for the 250W the CPU requires, the PSU sucks in 450-500W. add to it his LG 22". seriously these PSU are like double DHAMAKA. 1. you get a PSU thats a ticking bomb. 2. while it ticks, it gives you BONUS bills. in the end, one spends more money on electricity bill (also damaged components) in 1yr than one will if going for a better PSU (even a 350W PSU will give better result here).

athlon II X3 looks best. multitasking ready. 3 fast cores. no need for any BE tag. also price wise its an excellent buy.

Core i5 661 graphics beats the hell out of 4350 & its elder brother HD4550 (typically). next best options are: HD4670 512Mb & HD5570 512Mb. low cost. good performance when HD5670 is nowhere around.

soumo- I think Athlon II X2 245 + ASUS M4A88T-M seems ok for you.
