GTX 560 sells around 10.5k. HD 7850 is around 15.8k. Choose according to your budget. Pray that condition of rupee improves. BTW, at the time when you'll buy, nvidia mid range gpus might also release.

^^ nope, dh67cl supports only upto 1333 Mhz.

For PSU , Seasonic S12II 520 w ~ 4k. For cabinet get the one you like. What is your budget for cabinet ?

@OP : For PSU fo for Corsair/SeaSonic. Regarding the cabinet CM Elite 311 Plus is good but doesn't have much cooling options. NZXT Source 210 Elite is the best choice in 2.5k range.
