Hey There Friends, I am looking for a new Rig Configuration of Budget around 140-160k

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.' Vague answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work.)
Ans: The Primary Purpose is After Effects, Photoshop and other Adobe products along with Autodesk Maya. Gaming is not my passion.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then please mention.
Ans: Budget is between 140-160k at maximum.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 10 Pro

5. How much hard drive / solid-state drive space is needed?
Ans: 500 GB SSD will suffice. If needed, I will add more in future

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention the screen size and resolution you prefer. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, then do mention the screen size and resolution of the monitor you have.
Ans: I prefer 24 Inch with Full HD Resolution.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy? i.e. which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I need all new Parts.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Between 10-20 February

9. Have you ever built a desktop before? Or, will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: It will be done by assembler.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: In New Delhi, I am open to buy from Online without any issues.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I have figured out the following Config by far, Please take a review

Processor - AMD 3900X
Motherboard - X570 Pro
RAM - Corsair DDR 4 3200 16 GB
Storage - Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500 GB
Graphics - Emo3d 3060ti 8 GB
PSU - Corsair 750
Monitor - Acer Nitro 24 Inch or MSI Optix G241
Cabinet - I am not very keen on too much of Lights. Any decent strong Cabinet will work.

Please suggest your Suggestions.

Why are you considering 3060Ti instead of, say, 1650 Super when you won't be gaming?

Gaming GPUs are definitely not worth at their present prices. Go for Quadro/Radeon Pro GPUs if they solve the purpose.

CPU - AMD R9 3900X - 42k

Mobo - MSI B550 Gaming Plus - 15k

RAM - 2x16GB DDR4 3600MHz CL18 - 13.5k

GPU - RTX 2060 used?? - 18k*

M.2 SSD - Kingston A2000/WD SN550 1TB - 9.5k

HDD - WD/Seagate 1TB - 3.2k

PSU - Antec HCG750 80+ Gold - 7.5k

Cabinet - Lian Li 215 or other mid tower ATX - 6k (can vary)

Monitor - LG 27UL650 27" 4K IPS - 33k

Total - 147.7k

Check primeabgb, mdcomputers, theitdepot, vedant computers, onlyssd (online stores) for PC parts at a good price. Some parts have such low prices on amazon during sales as well.

*GPU prices are very bad right now. Some productivity tasks could benefit from a good GPU but I'm not sure which all will, you have to find. Maybe get a used GPU now & get a good one later down the road if you feel the need. R9 3900X lacks iGPU, so PC won't start w/o a dGPU.

Lian Li 215 is a good cabinet. You can just turn off the RGB lights on the fan.

IMO you might benefit from a 4K monitor for content creation.

IF CPU is running too hot or you get R9 3900XT for the same price or cheaper, get this cooler at least:
CPU Cooler - CM Hyper 212 Black - 4.2k
Add another fan to it for push-pull config later.

2nd hand GPU will work ?
where can I find 2nd hand GPU ?
There's FB marketplace, olx & quikr. There are some PC enthusiast groups as well in FB, like Akextacy, prefer local deals IMO.

I recommended used GPU because GTX 1660S used to be 20k usually, now it is 27k+ & RTX 2060 used to be 25k, as mentioned earlier, the bad GPU pricing.
