network coverage

I got back my s500i after service yesterday and it is working fine . but i have a problem there dont seem to be any network coverage inside my house at all . there is no hutch logo and if i go to my terrace its ok i at least get two points and other areas the network is full . but when i put my simcard inside an old 3310 i get two points even inside the house . is the problem with the phone or the network ?

i think firmware upgrade will solve the problem

Obviously, it's the problem with phone. Seems like you need to give for service again!
