.Net Framework and trixie

I am trying to use trixie. here iz my question:

How do I find out if my computer has .net framework services....how can i enbale / activate it.......?

it will have "Microsoft.NET" folder under windows folder ...

the "Microsoft.NET" will have "Framework" under it and so on ...
