Hi guys,

Need your help to know if I can setup wifi at home using the datacard.

I have a reliance netconnect datacard which gives a good 80% network support at home.
now want it to convert to a wifi to use anywhere in home.

is it possible?

what is required to make it happen if possible.

A wifi router that supports datacard can do it for you. For the choice of router models that supports datacards, please post your budget and the number of rooms you are looking for the wifi in and the number of devices you want to connect at a time.

The free version of connectify won't let that do. Mine didn't work even with pro version.
Either try some other software, I forgot the name. Or you can give a shot to inbuilt Windows trick, using netsh command. Google for more detail.
Last but most stable but expensive option, buy a router with usb port, which supports dongles such as Asus rt13u b1.
