I would like to buy a monitor with the below mentioned specifications:

Display Type: IPS
Screen Size: 23" / 24”
Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (Full-HD)
PC Input/Output: D-Sub, DVI-D, HDMI
Purpose: Office work [MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio], Browsing, Watching movies (HD), basic use of Adobe Photoshop
Expected Price Range from: 10k – 12.5k
Expected to buy: 1st week of February
Place: Chennai
Where to buy: Either local/online. If online, who delivers the best product through online shopping?
