Need Suggestion buying Motherboard

hello, i have ASUS M2NMX-SE motherboard, recently due to my mistake the tracks on the back side got burnt, Rashi peripherals wont give the warranty , they say burning is not under warranty.
so i need to buy another motherboard.
my processor is AMD X2 4400+
my budget is under 3k , atleast 4 sata slots,
will not use onboard audio or video, as i have a creative soundcard , and 8600 GT graphic card.
prefer in asus and gigabyte only, pls suggest me a motherboard

My suggestion is Biostar780G based MB. It is a better choice because if u update ur CPU to AMD 7750BE, u can have good overclocking potential. It is future proof because it also supports new Phenom II CPUs. Price is around 3.3k.

If u can spend 5k, then go for the Biostar TA790GX, which is really a highend board.
