Need software help for setting permission on external HDD

Hi Everyone,

I have external HDD with 4 partitions and i want to set 1 partition as restricted means no one else other than me is able to access that partition.
Is there any way for doing the same,either by use of software or by use of some settings in HDD.
Also there is possibility for using same hdd to different system and diff user
