If you can spend that extra 200$, it's definitely worthy to get T7250.

T5270 will be a definitely bottleneck if you want to play latest games at higher resolution. Get atleast a 1.8GHz processor. T5270+ 8400GS is a sweet deal. T5270+8600GT is not a good combination.

FOr day to day use, you can get this proccy but if you want to play latest games with good resolution (instead of keeping everything at minimum), I will not recommend this processor. If you put a 2GHz processor, you will see lot of improvement in gaming but not much for normal use (wathing movies etc).

moreover, A laptop is purchased to stay for atleast 2yrs right. Thoguht you may not see any bottleneck with today's apps, in 6-8 months, you will definitely scream for more CPU power. Unlike in desktop, you cannot upgrade your laptop's processor. So better take the best out of your budget now itself.

btw, what would be the total cost of this lappy with T7250?
