Need HELP!! for selecting some components

hey guys am buying a new rig am really confused in selecting some components like psu and mobo ..

what you guys think about this psu - GlacialTech 950W -*www.theitdepot.com/details-Glacial+Tech+950W+Power+Supply+(GPAX-950A)_C14P8845.html or i should go with famous corsair tx750
i got a msi 560 ti gpu and , 3tb HDD, 3led fans , 1 cpu cooler Glacialtech is a modular psu but is that a trusty brand ??

and in mobo i got two choices in mind ASUS sabertooth P67 and Asus p8z68 V PRO which one is the best is there any other mobo better than this ??

^^ Its an excellent psu but comes with only two years of warranty. If you're ok with that, go for glacialtech 950w.

@megamind ya i saw it and i am planing to buy it coz its modular ... but corsairs psu com with 5 year warranty :/ well if Glacialtech com with a 3 year warranty i will grab it ...

@d6bmg mm gs 800 i was thinking about it but its led good 4 nothing if psu is keeping upside down and glacial tech is a modular psu

Glacialtech 950 is much better than corsair GS series. You can call it an equivalent of corsair's HX range of modular psu's.
