Buddy, download software called CPU-Z and run it on your system. You will be seeing different tabs like CPU, Motherboard, SPD etc. Check each of the tabs and get the exact name of your processor and motherboard, then post it here.

i like to full update my computer
but i have a computer with i7 and with graphic card
but i just want to update my old computer with simple graphic card which my small brother can play simple game under 18 rating game like vice city, james bond, etc....

Since your little brother will be playing, who won't be bothered by DirectX 9, 10 or 11, my suggestion is HD 4650 DDR2 version. Price is same as HD 6450 but offers better gaming performance.

motherboard have a PCIe X 16 slot? it'll support a 7800GT as well as a HD7990. just you need a PCIe slot. thats all. check that motherboard have PCIe slot. if it have AGP slot or PCI slot then its game over for that PC.
