Only 4 GB inbuilt memory and no memory card slot.

What a poor thought of Sony, In this era 16GB memory is must for smartphones and they didn't put memory slot in few of their phones.

Xperia Miro will launch in the 10-13k price range, making it pretty awesome!

I think you should have a look at Sony Xperia Pro/Neo V. At ebay less than 13k for both. Plus they have official ICS and CM10 Jelly Bean support too.
