*www.amazon.in/Acer-SF314-54-554K-NX-GXZSI-001-windows10-Ms-Office/dp/B07PG1C29Z/ but "not so light" & speaker quality seems a bit below avg
*www.amazon.in/Asus-S510UN-BQ256T-15-6-inch-i5-8250U-MX150-2GB/dp/B07DB71YGD/ again "not so light"

This one seems the best option & there is a chance that you may get it ~60k during upcoming amazon great shopping/flipkart big billion sale.

Seems good but IPS screen is not clearly mentioned(plus it is 45% NTSC which is not so good compared to 72% NTSC screen in costlier models). I still suggest to wait for great shopping sale/big billion sale & see if you can get zenbook I posted earlier ~60k.You will anyway save some money on your above selected model too(if zenbook model still not available for ~60k) so no harm in waiting.

I am also looking for similar laptop at similar budget range.
Ryzen 5 caught my eyes, is it free from overheating? And how is the performance? I heard there is some issues made by the OEM to cause it slower.
And what will be the alternative to Ryzen 5?

I will do : mostly MS office, bit photo edit and almost no gaming. But need a very fast laptop so SSD+ HDD is also needed.

AMD ryzen processors are now better than intel processors in most areas incl. thermal performance. There are no "OEM issues" I am aware of. Ryzen 5 3500u almost matches i5 8250u. Nowadays ssd is must anyway. As for photo edit you should note that TN panels have less colour accuracy compared to IPS screen(which also have wider viewing angles) but it only matters for professional type of photo editing work. 256gb ssd is more than enough for win 10 & regular usage but many laptops with ssd also have option to install hdd in empty hdd slot.

Can anybody say which among these two will be a better buy with the flat 10% off on Amazon:

*www.amazon.in/LG-14Z990-14-0-inch-...ram&qid=1569933568&smid=A14CZOWI0VEHLG&sr=8-3

Or is the Zenbook 14 mentioned above a better buy than these two ?

Lenovo Ideapad does not have great battery but has 512GB SSD and this is outdated as shown in Lenovo website where as LG Gram has 72Watt Hour Battery & 256GB SSD plus has Intel Core i5-8265U. So LG Gram is always better.
Zenbook can also be considered but I will go with LG Gram instead.

Whatever you end up deciding, don't go below 512GB ssd. 256 GB is ok only if you are limited to 30k budget.
