Need A Laptop under 20k

Hello,

Can Anyone Please Suggest me A laptop under INR 20000/-. I already have one laptop which is from Sony. Actually I am a webmaster and For Running My websites, I just need another one.

The Requirements are not too high.

1. Screen Size : 14" will be better.
2. Must have a optical drive.
3. Responsive track pad.
4. Hard Drive : 180-250gb will be enough.
5. Ram ; 2 Gb.....Don't Mind about DDR2 or DDR3.
6. Operating System : Don't Care...I can install Later On...

That's it.....

Please Suggest Some Good one so that no pressure on mind in future...

I am searching that other laptops have 2nd generation cpu with the same amount.

The toshiba one mentioned is 2nd gen or else you can go with Ron suggestion.
