You need a good PSU first.

throw out the one you have now, and get an Antec VP450 / Corsair CX430V2.

then get a HD7750.

total budget should be around 8K.

Perhaps its just me, but after only 2 weeks.. my GPU (HD 7770) is dead
Go for Sapphire, Most people here would prefer that over ASUS
(although note that 2 years warranty vs 3 years asus )
