my windows restarts whenever i turn off the computer!!!

my pc restarts whenever i turn off the computer. i've checked the power options and even gone through the bios solutions.

i've also installed fresh copy of windows xp formatting the primary drive.

is this any virus symptoms??? HELP!!!

ca ne be... therefore get a good AVS and AntiSpyware... make sure u have installed SP2 and try to install the updates after SP2 too.... get AutoPatcher XP if for any reason u cant use AutoUpdate...

2 b sure about any malware infection, pls post ur hjt logfile here or at www.hijackthis.de for analysis
