MS Outlook with Norton--------- Problem

I'm using Windows XP Home Edition and have Norton Antivirus 2005 installed on my computer. I recently installed MS-Office XP. When I launch MS-Outlook, I get an error message
"Norton Antivirus does not support Repair feature. Please uninstall and reinstall".
The same error message pops up 3 times and when i click OK 3 times, after that MS-Outlook works fine.........
The same happens with MS-Word too.
Does anybody have any ideas on What might be the problem??
And BTW, What is is saying to reinstall, Office or Norton Antivirus??

you must be getting an error code with this error msg.... click on it... it will fwd u to symantec's help & support page with that error number to troubleshoot ur problem with Outlook.
