MP3 -> M4A Converter

I need a good MP3 -> M4A Converter to transfer the songs to my cell.. coz the quality will be approz..same wheres M4A will occupy less size..!!

try easy cd-da extractor. if the right codecs are installed, you can use nero suite too.

I hv used dbPowerAMP, but the quality of iTunes output was far better than dbPowerAMP's output and also was of much less size.

I tried at the same settings, and found iTunes output better than dbPowerAMP...
