There are no problems in the report. But I suggest the following removal from start-up entries:
C:\Program Files\PowerISO\PWRISOVM.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\VM_STI.EXE
C:\PROGRA~1\WINZIP\winzip32.exe
C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\ymsgr_tray.exe
C:\Program Files\WinZip\WZQKPICK.EXE

All these process doesn't need to start automatically. They can be started manually when needed. This will optimize startup time.

You are using a resource hog Norton Antivirus. Which version is it? Also let me know ur system memory and processor.
