Motherboard question

Im building a new desktop from scratch and I have a couple of question regarding the motherboard.

My pc will have:

- ATI Radeon HD 5870

- AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition

- DDR3 Ram (4 gb)

With this info, wich motherboard can i buy to fit this configuration? I have a low budget to buy the motherboard, so I would be ok with the less expensive working motherboard.

PCI port, if you use 1 PCIe slot than you should have 1 PCI slot free.

Well that was my biggest concern (to buy a motherboard so small that when I install my video card I would have trouble using the other pci ports)
