Is the samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0?

I wont buy it ...why pay Twice its original price in US ??Does its speed increase when it is sold in India??

When I Got the Tab ... Nexus 7 wasent available but tab 2 was.... the older tab 7 + has Much Better Specs and android 4.2.1
