The office doors are open allowing sunlight. So need some thing with good 'nits'.

Also since for old PC which has only VGA, so I should have VGA also

You need a good IPS panel which will likely be present in 11-12k entry level gaming monitors. Cheaper monitors are 250nits at best which is not enough if sunlight is falling on it. 6k monitors will mostly be 220nits or worse, so 250nits is decent. Get the one you listed, not like I can see anything better at 6k.

In my experience those cheap 22" 1080p Dell monitors are bad as well, but my standards have become quite high. I can easily spot monitors inferior to VG240Ys.
