Mobile under 10k

My friend is going to buy a new phone under 10k so friends I need your help to know the good phones that are available under 10k. His requirements are 3G, a good camera , touchscreen,good battery life.

There are many phones in the sub-10k range. But Optimus One is the best Value For Money phone.

Samsung Gio might be in your budget.

if you omit the touchscreen & replace it by a QWERTY.

Optimus or Optimus One?
Optimus = resistive screen = bad.
Optimus One = capacitive screen = a must for any touchscreen.

^^ will cost more definitely. if it debuts for 12k, it'll be a nice replacement for ageing O1.
