4. Preferred choice of brand? - Any brand but quality must be good.
5. Preferred input method (QWERTY, touchscreen, numpad, touch-n-type). - Touchscreen
6. What camera option you want? Please specify need for flash, autofocus, front facing camera. - All
7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc). - Android,BB.
8. Preferred connectivity options (3G, Wifi etc)Please specify clearly. - 3g+wifi

don't buy lg L7 it has very slow hardware for that price

sony experia u is good but no expandable memory
or wait for htc one v price to go down
htc one v current price is around 17-18k

HTC one v seems to be a good buy if u can extend to 18k.....
