Medal of Honor allied assault spearhead freezes

I downloaded Medal of Honor allied assault spearhead it ran successfully but in the first level it freezes is there any fix or anything to solve it, thanks in advance.

my PC specs:
ram:704mb
Vga: 64 mb via s3g unichrome Igp (integrated)
hdd: 80 gb seagate barracuda
Os : Win 7 ultimate 32 bit

win 7 on 704mb ram?? its eating too much resource. downgrade to xp or something and then play .

do as suggested on tyhe 2nd post and still you are experiencing issues you may need to update the game to the latest version.

yup its running btw downgrading to xp made me run many games

nice, so unless you upgrade your pc stick with Xp and old games mostle and do check game system requirements before getting a game.
