Do I've to pay for "Core temp" or is it a freeware?

Freeware !!!

Also do I need to invest in an aftermarket cooler ????

What are SYSTIN, CPUTIN, AUXTIN in Temperatures of Motherboard
& SYSFANIN, CPU FANIN0, AUXFANIN1 RPM`s of FANS ????

Like I didnt understand Which fan is which ???

CPUID HW monitor for AMD & Intel. for Intel only, its i think coretemp.

CPUID Hardware Monitor is better than Coretemp .... It shows temps of mobo and gfx card too ...

Plz anyone help me with the SYSTIN CPUTIN etc meaning ???
Plz ....

Treatment in progress...
U have the CM 430 cabby right?
U cud invest in 120mm fan(s),and optimise them for exhaust or intake...
Experiment to find ur sweet spot.
Cable management also helps.
If possible, post pics of ur cabby...
Have a look here....
