Hello Friends I am looking to buy used, 2400 or 2500 .
Please do not tell me to get a new one, I do not have that much of the budget, because I am looking to upgrade a few things .

I am also willing to buy core i5 third generation, though I am on very tight budget if anyone of you have any lucrative deal, let me know .

I don't think anyone will be willing to sell off their 2nd/3rd gen core i5 cpu just yet as they are still in great demand.Therefore it'd be a better idea to stick to your current config(which seems pretty decent to me) and upgrade later when you've saved enough money.

ahem, you talking about i5 2500k???
that's the king of gaming in desktop proccies, the one demanded the most..
3rd gens are newer, so rarely anybody will sell it, 2500k is a gem for the owner, again hardly anybody will even think of selling it.. so your chances are very rare, but not closed though.
i agree with quicky008, suggest you to save some more to buy the new 2500k..
