Hey guys !
A friend of mine wants to buy a new laptop.

1) What is your budget? (INR)
25k. Can be stretched by 1k max

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
Thin and Light; 13" - 14" screen
Mainstream; 15" screen

3) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
a. Like:-- Any
b. Dislike:-- Acer


4) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
Just usual web browsing, movies, and word processing. Light usage.

5) What screen resolution(s) & type (glossy/matte) would you prefer?
No such preference

6) Anything else you would like to say? (eg: local purchase,

Must come with Windows 7 pre installed.
Basically looking for something decent with least possible weight. Also screen shouldn't be terrible and good after sales is also priority.

Thanks Sam but I forgot to add he wants the laptop to come with Windows out of the box.
And also the above two are slightly above his budget and also don't come with Win 7
