License to print money!!! ???

i was thinking of earning some money in these holidays.... and found this site

what is the guy telling??? i dont completely understand, he says their is no need of paying any investment(not even a single rupee).... is he telling to buy the money printing machine??? or something else. There are many testimonials which say this license money system is working with full proof and its completely legitimate, on the site... ???. <confused>

and how can common person get the rights to print money ???????? isnt it illegal.
