in my school

there are 14 computers conencted in lan but not interent

if i wanna chat with my friend who is on another computer how can we ?

the os on all computers is win 98

If u don;t know the target machine's ip, u can use the user name which can be found by

You can broadcast a message by doing:

Do you know VB?
Try winsock programming it is much better than net utility

use sirius's trick and make the admins of the lab jump on thier toes ( u can copy in an exam, cant u ? so use this...)
