today my laptop temperature is very high .....kryboard is very hot.....using a cheap laptop cooler also

The temperatures are a bit high. Post the full screenshots of all temperatures and fan speed (doing this with HwInfo is easy) at load and at idle.

how to increase load?

For idle: boot the laptop and wait for 3-5 mins.
For load: Run some games or the best option will be to run Prime95.
