Is this Power Supply enough for following config?

My friend wants to get a new PC but wants the cheapest Power Supply available I suggested him Seasonic S12II 430. This is a 80+ Bronze Certified PSU so I prefer this one over Corsair CX430(savings in electricity in long term). The tech specs for this config are +3.3V@20A, +5V@20A, +12V1@17A, +12V2@17A, -12V@0.8A, +5VSB@2.5A

His config is following:
Intel i3 2120
Biostar H61MHB Motherboard
4GB Transcend DDR3
HIS HD6870 IceQ
500GB SATA HDD
Sony DVD-RAM + LG DVD-ROM

What do you think will it work without any problems?

yes. There won't be any problems. Both of them are good enough to be recommended.

Go for either the s12ii 430w or the corsair cx500.

Which one would be better among the Corsair or Seasonic? In terms of Efficiency, Warranty and everything?
We've got a Tirupati Enterprises in Pune so I think Seasonic RMA won't be a problem.
