Fro yesterday this rediculus thing is happening with my office..

those red color objects are coming by default when ever i press enter.. i have putted red color but by default its black..
Also dots are coming after each word!
i have reinstalled.
i have scanned with avg 7.5
i have changed fonts also..
nothing seems to work.. what should i do??
