If you can buy a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 its for ~6.5k.

Only 1k more than M5A88-M. But is quite a bit better. When ur spending 24k already, I think spending 1k more for the options/quality it brings to u is totally worth the extra 1k.

This PSU is fine and I think u have the HD5770? It will play most games in medium to high settings....

Instead of getting Phenom II 970 at 7.65K, get Phenom II 965, available at 6.4K in smc. 970 is only 100 MHz faster than 965 and for that 1.15K price difference is not justified, especially when both are B.E. processor and 965 can be easily overclocked to 970's level.
Use the extra 1K to get the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3. This mobo has 8+2 phase VRM design, two PCI-X X16 slots at X16-X4 mode, 3 X1 slots and plenty of USB 3.0 and SATA 3.0 ports.

So it is very good for overclocking.
