Is the problem with the keyboard?

I have been using Logitech Wireless Keyboard and Mouse combo (more than 3 years), recently, the scrollable content if any on the screen keeps scrolling down. I tried switching off the mouse & connected another USB mouse but still the problem happened, after I removed the wireless receiver & now using laptop keyboard & external mouse so far the problem didn't happen. I think in desktop screen also the bottom most icon was having a selection rectangle when the problem happened

Clean the keyboard keys and try again, or if you have another device (another PC or Laptop), connect the Logitech there and see if the problem recurs.

Run "OSK" from the Run (Windows + R) box.
It's On screen keyboard. It will highlight the key which is causing this. It should be either Down arrow, Page Down or End button. Should help you narrow down the issue.
