IrfanView is a very fast, small, compact and innovative Freeware (for non-commercial use) graphic viewer for Windows.

Some of the visible change in version 4.0 is the addition of skins to the toolbars, now you can make your own toolbar and submit in Irfanview website.

For professional Tasks & Image management = ACDSee + Photoshop

For casual Tasks & Image management = Windows Photo Gallery + Paint.net

Thought Windows photo gallery in vista doesn't supports PSD files etc so Irfanview\XNView is better
