internet probelm

hi...
i have an unusul probm here...am unable to understand what it is...plz help

am using bsnl 256kbps UL connectn...but i am unable to open many of the websites like yahoo and forums.digitapoint.com...www.digitalpoint.com opens but not da forum...thinkdigit is opening n forums too...
even google opens but whn i search sumthing...it just keeps loading till da infinity...

i've flushd ma dns...even tried OpenDns but no luck...plz help fast...

i am also getting a constant error dat "Microsoft Feeds syncronization has stoped working" in every 10 sec....
i've scaned for spyware but no result but i think i have a spyware...

Next time, please upload images in sites like imageshack and photobucket. They are much easier to view than mediafire pic hosting.

Sorry, I dont have a solution, just a helpful thought. Run Nod32, Zonealarm, Ad-Aware all three, and see if they detect something. For a safer side, post your HijackThis log too, there are lots of people who may detect something amiss. If nothing helps, reinstall windows. Some problems are best solved by starting from scratch.
