Internet bocking

Is there anyway to anonymously block/disable internet access on windows 7 ultimate? Plz tell me if any software can suffice this purpose(one click to disable/enable) . I just want to disable/enable internet access on temporary basis.
[it is a desktop computer and i access internet through USB TETHERING]
