Infected with trojan though antivirus active

SOS!help plz. attachted to this mail is a Mcafee virus scan activity log report i have prepared which were caught/blocked recently in my PC (as recent as today morning)... im sending you this log plz tell me what are the patches or hotfixes are available on the net(Microsoft website) or any other..i am using Mcafee 2006 Security center(which has update viruscan database n all....) Any other authentic virus removal tools will also do.
Hope for a positive reply from u ASAP

mcafee 2006 is too old.
I say download avast antivirus and run boot time scan

You can try Avira Antivirus which has 99.7% detection rates and pretty good in removing viruses. Other good malware removers are Trojan Remover and MalwareBytes' Antimalware.....

just download any of good antivirus and antispyware software and run a full scan in safe mode.

i never tried in safemode....i have installed mcafe with latest updates...i dont have ne antispyware....what antispyware shud i use?????

Mcafee 2006 is of no use

forget everything get KAV 2010, use trial

and later switch to avast 4.8 and spybot

Hey, buddy,

Try, e-scan available in the Digit June09 DVD. It'll sweep away the stubborn virus.
Don't trust mcafee!!
