incredimail

hello
i'm using incredimail xe as my email client.after reading the mails in my gmail account, all these msgs will be downloaded again.how can i fix this

What you can do is open your GMail account in any of the browser and go to Edit Labels > POP & Forwarding. There you will find an option where you can setup so that only the mails that you receive for that time onwards shall be downloaded and not the ones that you have already reveived prior to that.
