i need a sftwr to

1. block access to all websites except 2 work related websites for office p.c's.

2.also how can i block them from installing torrent sftwr or any kind of sftwr for that matter

3. and also block usb ports so they cannot use pendrives.

encrypts files.lock folders.lock downloads.lock software access and installation.

AFAIK winguard only offers security for a local PC.. to secure a network, you will surely require to setup a firewall.

for point 2 and 3, you will have to disable admin access from all users in the network. In the limited access mode, you can decide how many privilages a user has.

1. you can use Squid Proxy if you have linux on server. there are also free software for win too, i think you will find that in my very old post [sorry, i am feeling very lazy ]
2 & 3.
A. create a user policy [if you are using domain login]
B. if no domain login, remove administrative rights from user accounts to disable installation. for pen drive restriction, you can do that from registry.
