How to Setup FTP Server?

Hello Friends,
I want to setup a FTP server on BSNL Dynamic IP Coonection.Plz help me to setup it.I already have a static hostname to point my modem.I just want to configure a FTP server on Windows XP SP3.

simply download golden ftp and add the directory that u want to access through ftp

Use filezilla ftp server to srt up your ftp server. It's samll, free, opensource & very efficient & is one of the best ftp server software.
