The grub which you are using is gets its configuration file from which OS?

Fedora or Ubuntu?

if you have Ubuntu live USB/DVD, boot through it - "Try Ubuntu without installing". Then open gparted and delete any one OS. If you are using Ubuntu's grub, then delete Ubuntu's partition. If you are using Fedora's grub, then delete Fedora's partition.

If you'll delete both the partitions, then grub will report an error in the beginning and you'll have to repair your MBR using Windows 7's DVD.
