how to change the starting XP music?

hey guys....
can anybody tell me how to change the XP start_up music.. which comes at the time of window starting... n to put my own mp3 song...
in the same way to change the music that comes at the time logging out..

but there's a limitation , you can ONLY use .wav music files.

^^^ + use any softwares available to convert ur .MP3 or other files to .wav

@s18000rpm has right method.I have tried this method.But I think they support only .wav file..so be sure while chaniging.
